What is a SinkZero Kitchen Reset?

A Kitchen Reset is a premium dishwashing and kitchen maintenance service designed to leave your kitchen feeling calm, clean, and ready for tomorrow. We wash dishes, load and run the dishwasher, clean the sink, wipe countertops around the sink area, and leave your kitchen refreshed.

Who is SinkZero for?

SinkZero is perfect for busy professionals, working families, new parents, and anyone who wants to enjoy a clean kitchen without spending their free time doing dishes.

How long does a Standard Kitchen Reset take?

Our Standard Kitchen Reset includes up to 50 minutes of service and is designed for kitchens with approximately 2–3 days of typical household dishes.

What if I have more than 2–3 days of dishes?

No problem! If your kitchen requires significantly more work than described at the time of booking, we'll discuss available options, the estimated additional time, and any applicable fees before continuing. No additional work will be completed without your approval.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients choose to provide a door code or other method of entry. If you prefer to be home during your appointment, that's perfectly fine too.

What if my dishwasher is already running or full?

We'll work with your kitchen as it is. Our goal is to leave your kitchen reset and ready for tomorrow. We do not unload dirty dishes from the dishwasher to create additional work, and we'll always use the most efficient approach for your kitchen.

Do you wash baby bottles and pump parts?

Yes! Our Postpartum Kitchen Reset includes baby bottles, pump parts, sippy cups, and other feeding accessories. Please let us know if you have any special washing instructions.

What isn't included in a Standard Kitchen Reset?

Our Standard Kitchen Reset focuses on dishes and light kitchen maintenance. It does not include deep cleaning appliances, oven or refrigerator cleaning, pantry organization, laundry, bathrooms, or general house cleaning.

What should I do before my appointment?

Nothing! Simply leave your kitchen as it is. If there are any fragile or hand-wash-only items, please let us know in your intake form or leave them in a designated area.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 12 hours' notice.

When is payment due?

Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve select communities in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. If you're unsure whether you're in our service area, please contact us before booking.
